Tom Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth on the set of The Avengers
“So…this device is supposed to be haunted? Or something small is trapped inside it?”
“I’m sure that’s the idea, but given that this typewriter is entirely missing several important keys, I like to think the machine itself is crying out for help from its designer.”
“Perhaps an insect is stuck somewhere in its inner workings.”
“A sentient insect that knows how to spell?”
“You’ve gotten stuck shapeshifting before, I don’t see why that’s an impossible theory.”
A/N: It started as some sort of experiment but I ended up making this a finished drawing and it took me like… a lifetime to draw this one. Still not 100% satisfied with it, but I figured I should post it or else I wouldn’t be done with it forever xD
here, Tumblr, have the tiniest and messiest* of excerpts from my @grandthorkiday WIP, because I am slow but I crave validation and also I figure it might be mildly interesting to show just how messy my handwritten drafts are
*not actually the messiest, I could have found something much more scribbley and confusing
I think my favorite thing about this, actually, is between his pre-IW “Loki’s a trickster, everything is fine” statement and this, it sort of feels like…whatever happens in Avengers Untitled, he’s also putting his Word of God stamp of approval on happier fan theories? like, sure, we all saw one thing onscreen, but Loki’s a slippery guy. why shouldn’t he have a few more tricks up his sleeve? who’s to say he’s limited to the decisions made by a few writers and directors? maybe it doesn’t mean anything for what we’ll see, but–I don’t know, it’s kind of nice to hear anyway.
